klaskarlsson: [citat] That definitely looks like it's part of the floor joists (roof trusses)

klaskarlsson: [citat] It seems like there are many schools of thought on this. I have chosen to use a vapor retarder in the new installations I do in our house from the 70s since I can't ensure it’s 100% sealed, and I’d rather see that moisture can migrate out again. It is built without any plastic with 70mm of rock wool in the walls and 95mm in the ceiling insulation, where I have added another 95mm.

Eld: Nylon plugs can probably support 10-20 kg with some safety if the concrete is healthy. If the load is greater than that, I would use chemical anchor instead. It is quite common to have a thick layer of plaster on the concrete. You can hardly hang anything on plaster.

Erik Salhammar: [citat] I would have taken fiber cement. Perhaps 12 mm thick. And a good outdoor adhesive. The frame behind could perhaps be pressure-treated wood.

fribygg: If you place the wall sheeting across the wall studs and screw it in, I am convinced it will be stable (avoid having butt joints in the same stud bay on both the outside and inside).

MOW: Hi, curious about how it went for you. We have a concrete balcony where I'm considering laying roofing felt to make it waterproof from above. It is concrete now but a bit worn and hardly watertight... So I was wondering if you'd like to share how you did it?

Originalet: Thank you, that's what I suspected. I was thinking of having a very simple shed for garden tools and mostly bikes. Then it seems very unnecessary to build it according to EI 30. It's probably easier to build a "friggebod" right next to it instead. [citat]

Jansson69: [citat] Yes, it wasn't easy to see, in which direction are the roof trusses positioned according to the drawing? Do you have pictures of the roof trusses in the attic so we can see how they're made and what type?

Vad jag förstått bör jag använda diffusionsöppna produkter (så kanske kc-bruk men vad är skillnaden på a/b/c?) samt silikatfärg. Är det något annat jag bör tänka på? Tacksam för hjälp!

Salmanan: [citat] [bild] Hi! Here you have a picture from my latest project. Sometimes I have bad luck when I'm thinking. Instead of going and getting some drywall, I spent an unreasonable number of hours filling the treetex boards. It turned out well, but I could have used my time better.

HSP: My previous house, which had the same layout, had a basement + upper floor with knee walls. = 1&1/2 story. They were not standard trusses. The roof elements on the lower floor were the floor of the upper floor. The trusses lacked a bottom chord.
