z_bumbi: If you turn the sawn side or the largest side towards each other, the scraps work even though it requires more tinkering. I would order pre-made sections where they work and source pre-cut boards for the rest.

Nissegandhi: Start by scraping the surface with a putty knife to remove loosely embedded gravel particles. Then you can use regular wall filler (not lightweight filler). You can paint with regular wall paint 7 to get a matte yet easily wipeable surface. Snap a photo and try different shades; you can have a color other than white.

sturnus: [citat] @Galtungs, you should know that there are two types of nails: 1.2 and 1.5 mm. So, obviously, the 1.5 mm ones leave a larger mark. However, with a tongue-and-groove joint, it's possible to install them in such a way that the nails are completely invisible.

GoForIt
GoForIt: Hello, and welcome.. It was quite a tedious project you've taken on. Perhaps it's time to consider coming in with a larger jackhammer and removing most of the concrete, and then pouring new. If it's large areas, then it is indeed an extensive job.

rotbackarn
rotbackarn: Simple plasterboard on a frame will always feel a bit thin. OSB or equivalent under the plasterboard makes a big difference. Much more comfortable if you are mounting things on the wall as well. You can take the opportunity to glue wood to the backside of the other wall once it's open.

g.kraft: The screws in the middle can easily handle the weight of 25kg. But if someone happens to lean on/grab the TV causing it to twist, using an expander in the outer ones helps significantly even if they're only attached to the drywall. So it somewhat depends on how wild your kids, cats, and New Year's Eve partygoers are at home :)

imported_Benno: There must be backing under the renovation plasterboard where you place the screws only. Otherwise, it will never be good no matter how much you fill the screw heads. If there are patterned wallpapers on top, it won't be visible, of course.

Företaget bör nu hälla ett annat lager med rätt armering. Detta är optimalt. Fotot visar att markförhållandena inte garanterar plattans hållbarhet. Om underjorden var berg, skulle det vara en annan historia. Här kan du se

Tomten55: [citat] Sorry! Completely missed it. What we did is that we made a pilot hole/guidance hole where the kitchen fan will connect when we eventually redo the kitchen and move the stove. To simplify things a bit for the future, the sheet metal worker and the mason thought this was the best solution. It will involve having the sheet metal worker make a small hood that will then be placed in the metal.

Tysta musen: Make sure to maintain an even and good temperature. It always pays off. Mold comes from moisture, and moisture arises when it is enclosed and not heated. Look at all the unheated houses that deteriorate quite quickly but previously functioned well when they were heated. Maintain good ventilation, but ensure you never leave spaces unheated under the impression that it will save costs—it can turn
