Want to fix some holes, smooth where it's missing, and repaint the basement. Spruce up in general Mao.

I've checked many threads in the forum but can't really figure out which products to use.

From what I understand, I should use diffusion-open products (so perhaps kc-bruk, but what's the difference between a/b/c?) and silicate paint.

Is there anything else I should consider? Grateful for help!

  • Exposed brick wall with plastered section, electrical outlet, and wiring, showing areas needing patching and painting in a basement renovation project.
  • Close-up of a basement wall with peeling paint and cracks near a small window, highlighting areas needing repair and restoration.
  • Damaged basement wall with a small hole and chipped paint on the stairs, showing rough plaster texture.
