Sounds like you should have a diffusion-open product. I have sometimes combined paper with foam to locally build up a few extra millimeters on a square meter.

Utsliten och utdömd: In Sweden, it is more common to use fiber cement facade panels instead of OSB with a glued-on membrane. Zip also seems to offer a panel with 5-20 mm insulation glued on as well (marketed to break cold bridges). Seems quite quick if it becomes as tight as they advertise. TypRätt: The sheet must at least cover over a ridge so that you have a highest point under the actual sheet. I think it might be easier to fit with the help of the sheet than the tile, though, so the sheet doesn't have to be 90 degrees straight down but can be bent to lean slightly out over the roof to ensure it covers well over the tile. nybyggarn3: 120 mm can be easily blown with cellulose. You get a compact insulation without gaps as a bonus. I previously had an attefall house with a vapor brake and cellulose. It stood cold for most of the winter without ever getting a hint of summer cabin smell.
