Building an Extra Bedroom

Hello

I have a spontaneous thought about an upcoming project. I've attached a really bad picture, but it'll have to do for now. I have an uninsulated cold storage on the other side of the wall with the cross on it, which will be built into the apartment as an extra bedroom.
There is a staircase where the picture is taken from, and it will be right under part of the room, so I can't extend much there.
My thought is how you would frame it above the staircase, where the floor will be slightly slanted according to the dashed line. My spontaneous idea is to mount something resembling support beams on the sides and install joists? There's concrete on the right side of the wall.
Grateful for suggestions.

I have read it several times. And checked the image over and over again. Maybe I understand what you mean, but I'm so uncertain that it feels impossible to provide a more sensible answer than this. If you don't get better answers, you may need to rephrase. Or break it down into several simple questions. Hope someone else can provide better answers.

Of course, the image can be improved as you wrote. Everything can be made clearer. And you have to start with something to get feedback. 👍🏻

My question is how you would frame above the staircase, where the floor will go a little slanted according to the dotted line. My immediate thought is to mount something similar to beams on the sides and mount joists? There's concrete on the right side of the wall.
