Damn, @Klockanpå, I told you the toilets protrude too much. But you said it was designed that way. If you add the casing and tiles, it's 25 cm. That's 10-15 cm too much! There are frames (Roca) that are 8 cm deep. I, along with others, told you at the beginning of this thread that you should have stopped those "experts" from working on it. Now it's your problem since you refused to listen to the good advice of others. But I still think starting over might be cheaper than what they're trying to squeeze out of you.

That's how it will be. A "box" will be added to conceal the mounting and flushing module. The mistake is that this module wasn't hidden in the wall, as I suggested earlier.J JohanLun skrev:

Just because artificial "intelligence" tells you so doesn't convince me. (Once again you ask about something and then "you know better") Below is an example of what I was talking about. 8cm deep. And this isn't some invention from distant Asia, made on a junk. But a brand-name product that still costs 900 PLN, or about 2500 SEK.K Klockanpå skrev:

The fact that this was the cheapest offer shows the dysfunctional market among Stockholm installers. Although I honestly don't believe it.

The two photos above show that part of the heating cable has been covered! This is unacceptable. Again, many people have advised you to throw these scumbags out or call an inspector. At least do the latter before you have to tear down the bathroom again. Many mistakes can be fixed now at a lower cost.

According to Swedish regulations, the recess for the frame and tank should be waterproof and have a way for water to flow out of the leak into the bathroom—in other words, a gap. But I don't know how the "eagles" of the TS will manage that with those protruding pedestals. A disaster worth over half a million...J JohanLun skrev:

According to the constructor it cannot be built inside the wall. Also according to the contractor the toilets drain need to be 6cm out from the wall

I'm sorry, but that's not true. These types of toilets are designed to be built into the wall. You see them every day, for example, in shopping malls and gas stations. Ask them to show you the regulations.K Klockanpå skrev:

Do you see the nonsense in this drawing that the toilet drain needs to be 70mm from the wall???
And let me ask: did they move the heating cable so it wouldn't reach under the cower? Or did they perhaps have some silly explanation, like that it's needed to defrost the water tank or evaporate condensate?
