Burken bootar från tillslag till användbart XBMC på 21 sekunder. Suspend-to-RAM (S3) fungerar utmärkt. SVT Play fungerar kanon via addon. Nu återstår Netflix via Wine samt drömmar om en vettig slideshow för familjebilderna.

Kul! Jag kör som sagt Windows 7 och XBMC men funderar på att byta till Linux för att få ner laddtiderna (och kanske för att vara lite mindre olaglig).
En dum fråga: Är det smärtfritt att installera för en Linux-novis och kommer jag fortfarande ha möjlighet att surfa i en vanlig webb-browser med din setup?

Ska iofs inte säga att jag kört jättemycket full-HD, bara testat någon film jag hade tillgänglig över NFS.
Det är tokenkelt att installera exempelvis OpenELEC, det ger dig dock ingen som helst skrivbordsmiljö och därmed heller ingen möjlighet til någon webbläsare. Då bör du nog satsa på en mindre slimmade Linuxdistribution med XBMC ovanpå. Man kan ju gå hela vägen till Ubuntu men då får du nog inte ner laddtiderna så värst mycket.
