Bygglov rejected to rebuild the house on the same plot after fire

This was the document due to which the house was built in 1978 under ÄPBL.

Now according to them we cannot accept this as it is no longer valid on our property under PBL.

The problem is no house allowed.

It is not allowing me to share pdf that's why I shared the link.

The problem is no house can be built on the tomt no matter it is 10sqm or 150 sqm.....no building on the tomt.

What´s the reason for decline? To big? To high? If you attach the "detaljplan" and drawings we can help.

Thanks. What year did the new detaljplan take place? Whats your fastighetsbeteckning/adress?

There is no new detail plan on the property.
They are all old detaljplan just the exception is removed due to which the house was allowed.

Do you have a copy of the "bygglov" for the original house?
Kommunen doesn't always interpret the detaljplan correctly.
Apply for bygglov, if it gets rejected, appeal to Länsstyrelsen.
