Yes, I contacted him too and got the same response.

I used a consulting firm called Vilcon. Paid a fixed price of 8400 SEK including VAT. Got a drawing a few days after photographing the original drawings. Many careless errors on the drawing and according to the contractors, completely wrong work method. But received a start notice from Malmö city in 3 hours after reminding them once my 3 weeks processing time had expired. It was a bit late and in the middle of vacation time, so it was nice that it got done, but questionable if I can recommend them for that price...

I took down a load-bearing wall a couple of years ago and managed to find a consultant who did all the calculations and arranged drawings at a good price. This is in northwestern Skåne. But handled everything via email, smooth and easy
