We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and need a designer for drawings on load transfer (and plan sketches) for both PEAB and Malmö municipality.
I would appreciate contact information if possible.
So far we have received a price of 10,000:- which feels like a lot. It's a "simple" opening between the kitchen and living room. No demolition.

Did not get a hit with the recommended control officer in the thread. Does anyone else have tips on a control officer in Malmö who takes on smaller projects for private individuals?
