Production cost vs m2 price living area

hey we are planning to build a house and got 2 contrators giving us quotes, our living area house to be is 250 m2.
Contractor A offers us a quotation on living space (250 m2 price x 25,000 SEK)
Contracter B based on the production cost ( which includes the walls etc which ends up in 162 sqm. x 2 floors x 25.000 ).

Which of the above is the correct assumption? Can anyone share their thoughts?

Both of those are very ruff estimations. And both are flawed. It is cheaper per m2 to build a big house then a small house. Meaning that a 250m2 house does not cost twice as much as a 125m2 house to build.
