Worx turns off when charging starts
Hi, at the start of the fourth season my wg796e1 started behaving strangely.
He cuts the grass (about 1 hour - I think it's normal after 3 years) returns to the charging station, starts charging and ... shuts off after 1 minute. He then charges normally, only in emergency mode. Then I have to turn it on, enter the PIN, press start cutting and it works normally until the next charge.
If I just turn on but don't press "cutting grass" it will turn off again after 1min, although it "understands" that it is at the charging station.
I tried another charging station and power supply. It doesn’t change anything.
This way i can't use the cutting schedule and wi fi control because landroid is always off ...
This way I can only use "manual" control (it's better than nothing) but maybe someone will give advice to further solve this problem.

I found the problem!
I had "autoupdate firmware" checked. When the landroid starts charging it tries to install latest firmware (5.25 in my case) - and immediately shuts down.
I tried to install manually and the mower shuts down every time I press Install!
No firmwareupdates for me...

i checked the whole menu on my wg796e1, (it runs on 5.18)
but i didn't find the " autoupdate" or "update" firmware
i installed the old version2.47 but it also didn't help ...
i think my problem is somewhere else

the first time i did the update last spring and all summer everything was fine. the problem started this spring when i turned on after winter. i think the update is worth it. this weekend i will try to update to v5.25. then i will report the result
Byter till svenska. Jag är med i en grupp på FB om Landroidklippare. Det är väldigt många som har problem just med uppdateringen av firmware. Stänger man av autoupdate så fungerar allting fint.JoakimBjork skrev:

Jag bytte precis batteri till ett nytt så jag var orolig att problemen var kopplat till det, men tydligen inte. Men jag har också 5.21 och 5.25 ligger väntandes. Då ansöker jag om att gå med i fb gruppen så får jag senaste uppdateringar där också.

Hello. I finally solved my problem. the action was strange and at the same time very simple. i just disconnected the robot from the mobile app and connected again. the problem disappeared immediately.
after a one day test with version 5.18 i upgraded to version 5.25 and turned off auto-updates. for two days everything is working fine. thanks everyone for the advice. hope they were helpful to others.
