New Daikin installed November 2022 - 11 days later 'F3 error code'
No progress unless you are emailing or calling every day. 4 months later and it is not fixed or replaced even with daily emails for the majority of the time.
Last friday was the second technician on site - in 4 months - to replace a PCB which immediately had the same error message. When giving this feedback were directed to make a new errand - as if a scripted process and restarting the loop again.
I have a hard time comprehending this company is allowed to exist given these practices.
This is ongoing, and for a unit which broke within 11 days. I cannot recommend against this company any stronger than this.
