Jag har hitta det forum när jag försökte att hitta info kring husr ska man utföra drnaering kring ett kedjehus.
Jag kan läsa och förstå svenska men fortfarande inte så perfekt, och vill att ha lite mer klarhet speialist när den subjekt är lite dyrare..
Situation : " So i am thinking of bidding a row house which is situated on base on a hill, it been told to me that there could be problem of fukt in this area, I asked for besiktningprotokoll and found 2 anmarknings first is dranerin is 20 years old might need replacement (Utvändigt fuktskydd är äldre än 20 år).another is 1. they found fukt indication is one of the room but it is very under critical level

Questions: " 1. Would I need dranering in near future ( 5 or less years) ?
2. If I do, being a radhus, there is limited access on 3 sides ( 2 sides are ashred with neighbours 1 is backyard afterwhich there is another house) , it is a suterrängvåning house.
is dranering even doable ? "

1. Probably not.

2. I had a relative that lived in a radhus in suterräng and they dränerade only the side that was against the hill. All water came along the hill side and on the other side of the house no water can flow towards the house. That house was more than 50 years old when they dränerade and no previous owner had dränerat but now there was a fukt problem.

I suggest that you talk with the neighbours (when you live there) and ask if anyone has dränerat or has a problem with fukt. Probably all radhus that are built together need dränering at the same time and that makes it easier to get the grävmaskin to the backyard.

tack för din svar. I am already sent queries about dranering and waiting to see IF i need it how muchh it can cost.
Accordint o your second point, it seems quitee logical to do dranering only on side where water flows down from.

Is it appropriate to reach neghbours directly ? Infact I find that contacting house ownwer to ask question before signing contract seems to be prohibited whats with maklare in between and trying to avoid contact with owner.

You can always ask mäklaren and he/she will ask the owner.
