Hello,

I just realized that my 2022 model Nibe F370 exhaust air heat pump's circulation pump has no light on it, please see picture. I turned off and on the heat pump again, the lights on the circulation pump were back for a couple of seconds and then went off again.

I could not find anything about it in the manual regarding troubleshooting.

The outdoor temperature now is around 17 degrees and I can get hot water.

Is it possible it switches to stand by mode if there is no need for heating or what could be the cause?

Note: Pressure was dropping to 0.5-0.6 bar from 1 bar in couple of days and I have been observing to report. 2-3 days ago, I saw the pump had lights on.

Thank you.

In a normal house you don't need any heat from the heating system if outdoor temperature is like 16-17 °C or higher and the control system switches off the circulation. Secondary heat från fridge, cooking, computers, TV etc and persons in the house adds some heat. Read the manual and check the settings if you need to change values.

Thanks! New to the house and the system. I was not able to find anywhere in manuals indicating it would shut off the pump completely if outdoor temperature is above certain temperature. I let the hot water run from the tap for 20 min and temporarily switched to “luxury” setting but it again did not work (maybe it should not). Yet, the compressor started working.
