Leakage below sink when shower head is partly blocked
Hello,
I bought a new house and badrum was renovated in 2022.
Today, we realized: when shower head is a little bit blocked while water is running, there is a leakage under the sink, from the part where pipes are connected to the wall. Shower and sink are placed opposite as seen in picture.
Leakage occurs from the whole in red circle, again pictures attached.
Is it kind of a fail safe method in case of pressure increase? Otherwise, I guess I will have to call contractor company.
