Hi,
We bought a house couple of years ago. Few months ago we notice some unpleasent smell coming from the floor. I opened the floor from the few places and found that the outside wall is nailed to the wooden blocks which is inside of the concrete.
I have saw before few "ingjutna reglar" in the floor but nothing similar. Has this been a normal way to mount outside wall to the concrete foundation?
