I am waiting/trying to get feedback from the commune, but the bygglov coordinator is not answering our contact attempts, i want to check what i need to changed or why its refused. I spoke to our neighbours ( which are both 100 and 300 meters away ) if they have problems with the buildling but they dont..
Maybe the kommun has visiting hours where you can meet them?
Its absolutely possible. When you apply for a permit they check it against alot of the same parameters that are used when writing a "detaljplan" from the 2 chapter in "PBL". To sum it up its how well the location is suitable for new buildings when considering health ans safety, how it looks and fits into the surroundings, how water and sewerage is handled and so on.
In my experience its kind of hard to explain aIl these technical terms and to explain legislation in another language, and I guess its kind of hard to understand sometimes too, so I would try to arrange a meeting with your coordinator since its easier to explain when you can look att drawings and discuss.
