Hur ska jag bygga bjälklaget runt murstocken?

Har någon ett förslag på hur jag ska bygga bjälklaget närmast murstocken inför flytspackling? Ska upp en vägg som går i liv med murstocken till ytterväggen bredvid ytterdörren. Ska monteras nedfällt golvspån i liv med bjälkarna sedan flytspackel och klinker i hela hallen. Murstocken används inte längre så jag vet inte hur man gör med brandskyddsregler, om man struntar i det eller ändå bygger utifrån att den någon gång tas i drift.

You have concrete underneath, so you could lay a piece of regel with a plastic spacer to support the floor slab. But have you considered the pipe issue? Personally, I'd replace the galvanized pipe with PEX/copper to avoid connections in confined spaces. What if it starts leaking over time?

Its an old pipe from the previous boiler, currently used to lead ethernet to the basement, so no water!
