A few design flaws. Don't divide the gable walls. The studs run the entire height. These walls should end below the rafter. They're currently too high by the thickness of the rafter. The last rafter should be on the outer edge of the gable. Vertical "regels" under the rafters are unnecessary – one in the rear wall and two in the front. Since the rafters rest directly on the studs (so-called "clean construction"), these elements don't carry any weight, so they're unnecessary. They only contribute a little to the large window, but you have a double beam in the lintel, so that's sufficient, or add a third if you're in northern or add a stud between the door and window, which I recommend . You can use them as a balloon beam for the loft structure. Furthermore, the wall openings are unnecessarily symmetrical to the modules. You can save a few studs.

Thank you @sturnus for all you feedback. I will update my design.
Can you expand on what is " wall openings are unnecessarily symmetrical to the modules": now i have everything cc600mm to make it easier with insulation and interior walls.
Do you have any specific suggestion on how I should try to optimize to reduce leftovers?
