In my CTC EcoZenith i255 I get E035 Alarm, I have reset twice and still it continues to come after a few hours.
Any idea what should I do?
Most common issue is too low system pressure. Check the manometer and refill water if needed.

It was 0.8atm, then I filled to 1.2atm. After two days later I got the alarm again. now the pressure is 1.2 atm.

Worst part is with the alarm, it uses electrical heating fir both upper and lower tanks heating.

Next thing is to get rid of eventual air in the system. Open the safety valve a little and let some out, then refill again. There is a small valve at the top near the safety valve, open a little to check that some water comes out.

Thanks for the valuable feedback, I did that again. Lets see how the system responds.

Hi, did it work? I have same issue, ever autumn I get EO35 error for a few weeks. It is a small summer house and I lower indoor temperature to 15 degrees. The installer saying that the error is because the pump produce too much heat, I have to install an extra tank. Why can one not just lower the curve and or change the amount of energy being produced?

It works, but issue comeback in autumn/spring when temperature change. But I think it is expected.

The issue seems to go away with time, probably due to dissolved gases in a newly filled system. It's almost 5 years now since mine was filled and I have not had the problem this autumn but I check it twice a year.

There may be other air-vent valves in the system, mostly at high points in the piping. Worth checking those.

Small houses often have a low water volume in the system so the idea with a buffer tank is not that farfetched. Try airing the system and restore the pressure. Also, lowering the temperature worsens the problem with low volume.

This is not a CTC issue, it happens with most manufacturers.
