We have bought a house in Jan 2022 and will get access in July 2022. I have been reading in forums that interest rates will increase from June 2022.
Is it better to fix interest rate some time now before it could increase after July?
Is it good to go with 2 year or 3 year term?

On a more serious note - the Riksbank will, most likely this coming Thursday, up the interest from (-)0. That will cause some ripples. And it will increase to something like 3,9% in the next few years according to some article in DI. You should read it yourself. I am only paraphrasing.
