I have to first apologize that i dont write good enough swedish to post my question, nevertheless i hope somebody can enlighten us.
We bought Tomt in Stockholm Lan (Åkersberga) and are currently planning to build our (wooden) house. I can not really find out what is a fair / normal price for a traditional swedish house per m2 (incl VAT). Our house will be 250m2 living area. Hope someone can give me an estimate what is currently acceptable price for building such a house.

The average cost per squaremeter for a traditional swedish house was around 25 000 kronor in 2016 according to Statistics Sweden (Statistiska Centralbyrån). Costs tend to be higher in the Stockholm area. Depending on the type of house and type of construction, anything between 20 000 and 30 000 kronor should be considered acceptable. 250 m2 is pretty large.

Is this incl vat ?

Yes, its VAT included. All prices targeted att consumers in Sweden has to be VAT inclusive.

I think you should visit Nybygget in Arlandastad www.nybygget.se as they have plenty of modelhouse on display and also representatives on site that can answer questions, guide you through the process and provide quotes.

Once you have formed yourself a better opinion of what type of house you want you are more than welcomed to come back here with any question under the moon and you will find that this community will answer any question no matter the difficult and (as a former self builder myself) this is an excellent place to vent frustrations about planning processes, contractors etc.

Good luck and happy house hunting

And last prob. stupid question but you take into account also the purchase of the land? We bought a lot of 3000m2

I do not think that the purchase of land is included in the figures from Statistics Sweden.
