Beware of Roofia Göteborg
We were to have solar panels installed and asked Roofia to come clean first. They cleaned and painted and the roof looked great. Most importantly, they said they checked the roof and it was all good to go. Charged 50 000 SEK. However when the solar company came they took one look under the panels and said the roof was bad and wood underneath deteriorated (see photos - hard to miss). We hired Kungstak to redo the roof and they are just finishing some new wood, new tiles and solar panels. But, beware of Roofia. They will tell you anything (in this case they lied) to get the job. They ended with nice work, but it was meaningless as they lied about the wood underneath. Then on top of that they left off a drain pipe and despite repeated calls and promises to come back and put it up, they never came. Once you pay them they are gone. Anyone have better experience? Maybe we had a bad manager.
