Construction power cabinet ?
Speaking of overhead power lines.
It might depend on which provider you have because when we built new this spring, they were at least willing to install overhead power lines; we then chose to do it differently mostly to avoid overhead lines, which aren't always so attractive, etc.
The funny part was first paying the power company to move a pole and then paying for the pole again to Telia since both electricity and telephone lines go on the same poles.
10 hours of planning on Telia's side didn't feel entirely justified; after all, we're just talking about a relocated pole. What they did was have the electricians unhook the wires, move the pole, and then Telia came back to reattach them.

We had a bit more luck with moving poles
We have overhead lines to the house now, and we’re planning to move the electrical panel and bury the electric & phone lines. Since both the electric and phone lines are a few years old and are hanging on separate poles 6-7 meters apart, I called the electric and phone companies to see if they could "sort it out a bit." Both came to look at the lines and both said "we can move them, but you'll have to pay for it." Damn, I thought, but at the same time, the phone guy noted that they have an old lead cable that should be replaced, and they would also reroute the phone line a bit. One less pole on the property....
When the phone guy and I were looking at the new pole placement, the electric company's guys found that they have a cable inadequate for two subscribers, so they must replace a section. I got them to move the pole from the middle of the lawn to the property line when they replace the cable at the same time...
So considering I had two poles on the property, one of which was in the middle of the lawn, to having one at the edge of the property, I'm quite satisfied, and it doesn't cost me anything extra.. ;D
Edit: That was a bit off-topic...
