Acoustic panel purchased at Bauhaus

Hello, we have created a feature wall in our bedroom with Acoustic Panel from Bauhaus (Fibrotech) in walnut.
After a while, it starts to smell strongly from the wall like smoke...
We always sleep with an open window, so there is good ventilation.
We are so satisfied with the appearance but the smell is strong so we borrowed an Ozoneair to get rid of the smell but it doesn't disappear.
We contact Bauhaus who says you need to ventilate even though we describe that we have slept with an open window and used ozone air.
According to them, there is nothing wrong with the product.
We contact them again and they deny any fault but when we insist, they say we should take the wall down and bring it in...
Are there more of you out there who have had problems with the smell from these?
Should we now take down the wall which took a day to put up to possibly maybe get a new one?
If there is no fault with them, what says that the next one won't stink?
And who covers the cost back and forth to the store and putting it up again?

Have you managed to fix the smell? We're experiencing something similar in our bedroom.

If you're asking us with the original post, then yes, it's been sorted for a long time. But let's say it took up to a year before the smell was completely gone so that you don't even think about whether it’s still there or not anymore.

Thanks for the quick reply! Yes, we had a scent right when we put up the panel, then it was calm. Now this "smoky" unpleasant smell has appeared, so we'll see if it calms down. Thanks again.
