Eld: There are lots of different kinds of plaster and also different opinions on what is good or bad in various situations. However, plastering on brick is not particularly complicated. One should paint with lime paint or possibly silicate paint. Lime paint has the advantage, and disadvantage, that it eventually erodes away and then you have to slap on a new coat. Snobben: A good alternative to Ytong if you want aerated concrete is H+H Celcon. If you are building in Skåne, then contact Husconcept in Skåne AB, 040 - 631 33 50, which is a builder that, among other things, works with H+H Celcon and can offer turnkey contracts and not just general contracting.

ladde: So: The difference in time for a "standard" wall between leca/gypsum is very large. Masonry takes time. After completing the masonry, you probably want a smooth surface on the wall, and then we're talking gypsum again... KarlXII: The best and probably cheapest and simplest way is to frame (nail and glue) against the leca and then screw the plasterboard into the frames. The downside is that it takes up a bit of space, but on the other hand, it allows for some electrical installation if you want a socket or switch on that wall.

Lotta och Roger: Hello! Not a salesperson ;), but Kungsäter doors have good quality. The mirror doesn't crack away like some other brands do. So I would check the price from different places and buy the Kungsäter door from the cheapest one.

Jynna: We are planning to use old brick as flooring in the hallway and kitchen. We've received a price from 8 - 12 SEK per cut. The brick is cut twice so the "slab" doesn't become too thick. Nybyggare: I believe that most manufacturers recommend sealing laminate flooring if it is to be installed in a kitchen or hallway. Primarily, this is to cover the seams but also to withstand any additional moisture they might be exposed to.
frasse: The advantage of råspont is that it provides a few extra mm for screwing, but it's also a bit more work to get it in place. However, it's easier to handle individual planks when it comes to shaping around boxes, slanted ceilings, and such.
JanW: GIRA is the name of a German company that makes a lot of cool electrical gadgets. MathiasS: Yes, there are better materials than plyfa. A so-called OSB board does the job just as well but costs significantly less. Krauta sells these for 119SEK/board, while plyfa costs you 155-160 bucks.
Annika: We have just moved into our house and we have oak floors, white panel doors, white door trims, and high white baseboards. Additionally, there is a whitewashed staircase with oak steps, which we think looks nice. We have a vanilla yellow kitchen from Balingslöv with oak countertops. So, no other types of wood besides oak.
