Hello!
I hope its ok to take this in English. We bought our first apartment which was build in the 80s, so I am assuming it has mechanical ventilation. We have done a total renovation for it, except the bathroom. I dont know if my problem is due to the renovations or not, but worth it to point it out. We have changed the air intake valves with really simple ones so they dont show much outside the walls. The issue is that the apartment has negativ pressure and makes doors an windows kinda hard to open and also I have noticed that from the entrance door and balcony door there are places where air is coming in. It looks like the apartment is a vaccum. Usually i keep the air intake valves closed due to cold air coming in and apartment gets cold, so maybe this is the issue and maybe you guys have a solution for this. The main issue though is that the kläddkammare has a ventilation opening that gets air out. In the parket there is in one side that has the plastic cover for the heating tubes and there we hear noise like wind comming in and its constant. It only stops when we open a window or door. Is this caused due to the ventilation taking out the air? Can this be fixed? Its really annoying to hear this sound constantly. I would appreciate any response.
