Found this guy in Småland offering a service for holiday home owners who basically just want to show up and enjoy their place. He handles everything: regular inspections, seasonal opening/closing, emergency response, mail etc. He evan does renovations, since he's a carpenter

Would you pay for something like this? Is the price reasonable for what's included? Or do you manage fine with neighbours/family?
