Little modernization to Heru 70T
I have Heru 70T from year 2014. My ehaust air blower started to crank, so it was time to put new bearings to motor. While then, i figured to watch electric diagram at installation manual; and figured out, that Heru 100 EC seem to be in same frame. I also noticed, that this machine is already wired with connectors, which aren’t connected. So this machine seem to be very modular; Östberg has used same frame, same circuit board etc.
So i ordered EC-motors from Östberg, total price was 2900kr. Little disassembling for connectors(transformer have to connect of)
Now i have machine, that consums less energy, and is much more adjustable than using those old AC-motors. Machine is also more efficient with new motors.

Excellent work! Have you meassure the energy saving? What was power consumption before and after the fan swap?

No i haven’t. But as you can see from flow diagram, that energy consumption have to be lower. In my house inlet/outlet air is about 45/50 l/s. Quite small house, about 100m2.
I think i can drive these motors about 3-4 volts, so rpm is also much smaller that it was with AC motors. Or i think so. But we see
Overall, this was so easy to do, that i had to do this. Of course it took some time to search internet and finally i asked from Östberg support, because there was no cross reference list available. Those old sparepart numbers didn’t mach to newer ones, but From Östberg they finally verify those sparepart codes
