Well, for what? It is not allowed as protection against electric chock according to the rules for RCD as additional protection of all outlets etc. So it cannot be used as we usually think of an RCD being used.
However, it can be used in the rare cases where there are no requirements on an RCD as additional protection against electric chock, for example in fixed wirings supplying fixed equipment. It can there be used to help fulfil the requirements on automatic disconnection of the supply at faults. This requirement, in fact, also relates to protection against electric chock. But it is a very special application of an RCD.

I had a 30mA in the fusebox but it jump off many time after the pump of duppboradpump runs
Then I replace it for an other one but it is a 500mA and since then no problem so far.
I am curious if the jordfeldsbrytare by it self or is it the 30mA ?!
I bought a new 30mA and replace it again and will se if it happen again, then I contact the company that made the brunn with pump.

It is a 3 fase pump which works fine for 7 years now. Sometimes the GFCI felt off but since this year it happen many times.
I bought a new GFCI 30mA and I am going to replace the 500 for this new one.
Hopefully the old 30mA GFCI was the problem and this new one solve the problem.

I think that you should look at the pump instead - you will likely find the problem there. Water pumps are in general difficult to place after a 30 mA RCD. See the manufacturers instructions. You may need to use a 300 mA or 500 mA RCD for it.
I'm pretty sure that your problem is in the water pump itself. After seven years running and tear have the residual currents been to high for a RCD designed for personal safety (30mA).
The solution is to connect the pump to the mains before the 30mA RCD. Eventually with a own 500mA RCD only for the pump motor. (or 100mA or 300mA)
If you have a 3phase water pump you may need a "motorskydd" too.

OK but then it is allowed to use a 500mA instead of a 30mA in the fusebox ?

In short, a 30 mA RCD is required for all outlets.
Equipment connected directly to the fixed wiring without sockets/outlets may be protected by an RCD with higher residual operation current if needed to fulfil the requirement on automatic disconnection within 0.4 s.
RCD == GFCI. RCD is the "official" name and GFCI is the "popular" name I think.

As I wrote I give the new 30mA a change.
Do I understand well that in case the problem come back I can install a 500mA RCD just for the waterpump ?!

Yes, if the pump is connected directly, without plugs and outlets.
