How to fill up pellet heating system with water

Hej,

After renovation of the house (when they disconnected all radiators ) now we don't have water in the system and therefore radiators are not heating.
I have pellet system biomax från värmebaronen and cannot find where is ani out for water. Pressure is less than 1 now.

I'm pretty sure it's the circled valve on the attached photo. It's a little hard to see on the photo. Can you take a closer picture? Look if it got "påfyllning" marked on it.
