Jag heter Sébastien och bor i Luleå. Jag är ny på forumet och försöker samla information inför vårt första husbygge. Jag vill gärna presentera mig och be om råd från er som har erfarenhet av husbyggen.
Jag planerar ett nybygge av ett kataloghus. Marken är knuten till LB-Hus, och vi överväger att gå vidare med dem på totalentreprenad (turnkey).
Jag söker ärlig och balanserad feedback, inklusive:
- Allmän erfarenhet av att bygga med LB-Hus
- Kvalitet på byggnation och material
- Kommunikation under projektets gång
- Hur eventuella fel eller problem hanterades efter inflyttning
- Tips eller saker ni önskat att ni visste innan kontraktsskrivning
Jag är medveten om att forum ofta får mest negativa inlägg, så jag vill gärna höra positiva erfarenheter också.
Om vi väljer LB-Hus skulle jag uppskatta tips om:
- Praktisk projektledning
- Viktiga punkter i kontraktet
- Besiktningar, dokumentation och uppföljning
- Specifika råd för Luleå/Norrbotten (klimat, markförhållanden, lokala underentreprenörer, etc.)
Dessutom vore det intressant att höra om andra pålitliga byggföretag som har goda referenser på projekt i Luleå-området, även om de inte är baserade här.
