Plug for tiles + drywall
Hi,
sorry to intervene, but if instead of a wall cabinet on legs you need to mount a shower mixer in the same wall construction (gypsum + tiles) where unfortunately there is no stud to attach to. What kind of anchor would you use then? Molly?

but hello....
The best of plugs is RAWL NUT.
A rubber expander that doesn't need special tools or anything, it's gentle on tiles/wallpaper and everything, plus it's more waterproof than 99% of all existing plugs...
I installed thousands of them in construction, especially in wet rooms, fantastic plug expanders...
Should be available in a well-stocked hardware store..

The cabinets are now in place with universal plugs. It turned out really well.Ardexsmitten said:
