I completely agree with you, Oceanis. It's entirely OT to speculate in blåbetong, radon, stone dust lung, and other horrors for TS's part. However, if the head is dumb and you dust down the whole apartment, you get even more work to clean it up afterward, which I think would annoy a fundamentally lazy man even more. (=myself if I had been affected!!) ;)
 
The house is located in Lund. Built in 63. So maybe interior walls of blåbetong?

What makes you think that???

If one were to have built it in lightweight concrete, there would have been no reason to haul the material from Närke when there was a lightweight concrete factory just a few kilometers from the site, and where they definitely did not use alum in their production.

The Siporex factory did not use alum? Interesting. So most houses with blåbetong/alunskiffer are therefore found further up the country?
 
Where they are exactly located is a difficult question to answer, but it was primarily at the Yxhult factory outside Kumla that alum shale was used in production, and therefore you find most houses with blåbetong in central Sweden and the Stockholm area.

In Skåne, Siporex manufactured their blocks with other materials that are naturally found in Skåne, primarily cement and lime.

And they absolutely did not aim to transport materials long distances, so material usage in the construction industry was therefore largely based on local availability of materials. That is why stone houses and brick facades are much more common in Skåne compared to Småland and further up through Sweden where wooden houses dominate.
