but stop it now, you can make single-step sealed facades with timber frame perfectly well. there is a variant with thin plaster on polystyrene that hasn't worked. (it works if the installation is done correctly but is very sensitive to incorrect installation and changes in the facade)
I made a post about mineral wool-based boards with thick plaster being a proven and safe variant on a single-step sealed plaster facade on a frame structure, but after a short reading session on various Google sources, I removed that post. Even rendered plaster facades on timber frames exist that have survived 100 years. The problem is that these have relied on the insulation behind being so thin that penetrating water could dry out before causing damage!

Today, you cannot build single-step sealed on a timber frame and meet energy requirements.

Is it the big day today then? Waiting with anticipation.

Today the inspector was out! He did a quick check and said that everything looked good, with the exception of minor issues. Nothing critical. He continued the inspection after I left and will come back with a report. So we'll see if he found anything else.

He said the wall around the electrical panel was absolutely no problem. And the drywall, which many have pointed out was sloppily installed, I saw that the carpenters have redone on their own initiative as we hadn't mentioned anything.

We'll see what the report says further.

OH strange, according to many in this thread, it was basically just to tear down the whole house and redo it. I hope many learn a lesson not to write when they have no idea. Having opinions and thoughts is of course good but not writing as if they are facts, you scare people and also affect various companies.

Today we received the report from the inspector! Everything is fine, there is nothing to remark on and nothing that needs to be addressed.
