We have done a moisture survey. One stud in the wall has started to mold, no smell or any indicators in the air environment, but in the wall itself, it is approaching critical moisture levels.

The wall's construction from the outside in: Concrete, studs with insulation in between, and gypsum board.
Construction from the bottom up: Concrete slab, floor joist, wooden batten, wooden floor, and plastic flooring.

It could certainly be that we just need to build a ventilated floor with proper moisture protection, and perhaps the problem is solved. Then it would be a relatively inexpensive problem to fix. I just don't want this to exceed 50,000 SEK, that is our biggest concern.

Well, floor membrane should work just as well on a wall. It must then have an opening in the same way as in the floor at the top of the wall.

Most people settle for removing plaster and studs from the walls and then painting with silicate paint or similar that allows moisture to pass through. If you absolutely do not want painted concrete, you would probably frame with steel studs against the concrete and put up boards that do not go all the way to the floor and not all the way to the ceiling, creating an air gap behind.

What's funny is that the sewing room has good air and the laundry room has no problems there either. However, there are no framed walls there.

Do you then add a baseboard with ventilation or? Same with ceiling moldings?

I haven't done it myself but I guess a skirting board with ventilation is needed. If you have a cornice with ventilation or just leave it open I don't know.
