How do your balconies look if it's not possible to drop a cable from the upper balcony and get it to the lower one?

There is a metal sheet between the balconies that you would have to run around the outside. Maybe it's possible to drill a hole in it, but in that case, you would need a crane on the outside to do it. The cable is turquoise (OM4 fiber) and stands out very clearly.
