and Probably you going to build a better yourself.
but if you want to have a builder. a swedish builder is better then baltics.

im from northen sweden( before gothenburg area) so no tips on a builder in stockholm

Yes, and when you select a Swedish builder, make sure you choose someone from the west of Sweden, the ones from the east are no good. Also avoid anyone from Falköping or Eskilstuna.

For clarity: my comment is ironic and in reaction to the gross generalization in SBH's post. Would be nice to avoid reading such in this forum.
