överskottsmassorna: Anyone needs that

Hi,

We are building our home in Haninge, Stockholm and we have överskottsmassorna that we need to get rid of. I have attached photo for the same.
I was wondering if someone else who needs to do opposite and needs the soil.

I can only explain that its the top soil layer mixed with tree/plant roots as you can see in the image.
