Hi,
I just moved into a house yesterday where there is a Nibe Fighter 310p installed.
I can't get my floor heating to work in the house and the whole family slept in 15° in hope that the temperature will rise during the night but it didn't.
I am using these thermostats called Cq(picture attached) and they are not turning on any lights on the system.
It is the first time i am using a system like this so I am not sure what the error is.
I have tried to sync the thermostat with the machine but it just gives a nonstop buzzing sound like it is not syncing but it does give a little sound on the receiver when I click reset button on the thermostat
On Nibe fighter it is showing 01 28 now after I clicked the circle button with a plus inside it. Otherwise it was 17

It looks like the compressor is broken, I think. This usually happens after about 10 years. Costs like 20 KSEK to replace inkl work. 310P kan still operate only with the electric heater. You have to toggle the left little switch once to allow electric heater to start working. Both diods then are lit up. If the compressor works fine it saves like 8500 kWh per year on the electrical bill. In the winter the electric heater is used a lot to keep the house warm since the compressor is very limited in size.
Edit: When changing compressor in 310P it is possible to select 360P replacement compressor instead. This means a 650 W compressor instead of a 500 W one and is favourable for the energy saving if the house is bigger than approx. 100 square meters.

Redigerat:
Regarding heatpump: Compressor does indeed appear to be broken. Channel 1 should show 50-55 degrees.
Several other things of note:
1) the electrical heating is turned off. Push the first of the 2 side-by-side buttons until both leds are on (top one is indicating electrical heating, bottom is circulation pump). Be prepared for quite expensive electrical bills until compressor has been replaced - but atleast you wont be so cold.
2) The settings for curve and adjustming (the 2 rotary dials) seems to be way off. Default setting on the gray dial should be -1 for radiator system and -2 for floorheating. Red dial depends on where you live. Look in the table below (first number is what the red dial should be set at). Adjust grey dial in increments of 1 for each 24h period to reach the indoor climate you want.
Dont know the thermostat, sorry.

Thank you guys
I have rented the place for 8 months while my own house is being build/renovated, so I will not fix anything that is broken here unless I know that the electricity bill will be far more higher than changing the pump
I have now adjusted the settings according to the suggestions. I live in Malmö so I have adjusted it to 11
The lights sometimes turn on at the Compressor and I can hear some engine start.
The room has also begun to be warm. It is only floor heating I have here.
Now my concern is that it is getting too hot - Even though all thermostats are off and it is hard to get someone from Nibe out. They are all busy and can first come in 2 weeks :
I guess I have to wait for someone who can come out and check the system for me.
But I thank you guys a lot for your help
