I bought a house built in 1940. I book a drainage company to do the drainage work. When they dig out the outside, they found the wall and the concrete slab is broken. Like this.
When I open the floor inside, I found the previous homeowner to fix it like this. He used a rebar to fix the broken part of the concrete slab.
Can I have any suggestions? Is it good enough, or do I have to fix it again?
