How to find builders when not resident?

I'm from Belgium and I have a plot at the Immeln lake.
While I think I've found a house company with nice houses (Jörnträhus), I have difficulties to find a builder for the foundations and for assembling the house.
I would be grateful if anyone had some advice to share with respect to:
- House quality and services from Jörnträhus
- any builder to recommend for the foundations and approximated costs (plot rather flat but with by trees, like in Sweden , I have attached some pictures) for 120m2
- any builder for assembling the house (1,5 plan with loft area and around 130m2) and approximated costs

Congratulations to the nice plot!
Even for locals it can be rather difficult to find builders. I assume you have all build permissions granted.
Listen with neighbors. When driving in the area, look for vans from building companies, note the phone number and call. Best chance around lunch time where the lunch restaurants are, or after 4 pm at the large grocery stores.

Remember that you want a good builder not just any builder. That can be the difference between heaven and hell sometimes.
Advice about neighbors or others who are in process of building is great. Then do your homework and get references and endorsements - lots of them.
