Is it allowed to split a 380 cable into 3 x 220 wall outlets ?
In the cable are 5 wires : 1 brown + 2 black + 1 bleu and 1 yellow/green

The exiting cable is from the powerboard to a central box on the wall and they used it for an electric heater.
I want to use that cable to make 3 wall outlets for a dryer, a washmachine and for light.
When I use that product I have to make extension cables to go to the wall outlets and I don't think it is allowed.
 
Short answer: yes.

You should use three separate single-phase cables from the junction box, one to each outlet.
Each cable carrying a live conductor from one of the incoming, and the common neutral and earth.

What do you mean by "yes" because you also write I "should use 3 separate single phase cables".
The existing cable is connected to 3 single fuses and to the common neutral and earth rail.
By the way it is a 5 x 2,5mm2 cable so not the common 1,5mm2 cable !
 
It's maybe my english. Yes, you have a 3-phase cable from the switch board to the junction box. I meant the cables from this junction box to the outlets. Those cables should the "single phase" to avoid some hairy questions about maintenance of the outlet etc. That is, one separate cable to each outlet so that each outlet only will have one phase on its terminals.
 
You want to remove the "central box on the wall" ?
You should not do the split in the outlets, so you need some kind of junction box with a separate single-phase cable to each outlet.

Now I understand, I can use the 3-phase cable and connect each wall outlet with a single phase cable in the junction box.
I called the junction box as central box. ;)

So it is no problem to use one neutral wire from the switch board and split it to 3 wall outlets ?

Yes, it's fine to share the neutral (and ground) among the different outlets. The reason why this works is due to the fact that each outlet is fed from separate phases. The sine-waveform of the current of each phase is offset 120 degrees to each other. Therefore the current going through the neutral wire will never exceed the current running through any single phase (they cancel out each other).

Depending on the type of load the above statement might be false, but this is only under very rare conditions. For almost all domestic use it will work perfect!
