Build a new house close to Strömstad

We are just in the beginning.

We plan to build two new houses on our properties in the area close to Strömstad.

We prepared some drawings of our ideas with some architecture software.

We first wish to build the house in raw form and then do the internal and some technical work by ourselves.

We built our house in Hamburg in a similar method successfully, but we have no experience in Sweden.

We are looking for architects or pre-fab house builders who can help us.

It is extremely difficult to reach the sellers of the known pre-fab builders. So we gave up.

What is the most effective way to find reliable architects or house builders in the area of Strömstad.

We built a house with Dalaträhus. Very flexibel house builder. You can decide to have ”full entrepenad” or just the house walls to be build and the rest for you to do yourself. They will create all documents and drws from your ideas and assist on the applications. Pre fabricate the house in modules in their factory.
