Question: we built a house with one of the bigger house builders in Stockholm three years ago this May. What do I need to do to make sure I take care of the house as best as possible. Last year we did the 2 år besiktning. What should I think about this year?

Is this a normal wooden house?
Check that rain water goes down where it should, that there is no water round the house ground, that water is going the right way i toilets, showers and kitchen.

I have seen some cracks on the corners but I heard that, that is normal and that it happens in the first two years...
