Window installation - Stripped adjufix

Mounting my first window, a fixed 130x130 cm. It has pre-installed Adjufix, 2 per side and 1 at the top and bottom. When I was screwing in the last frame sleeve at the top right, I accidentally turned it the wrong way, ruining the threads. What on earth do I do now?

The lazy part of me is wondering if it's enough to just put the screw through it anyway and leave it as is.

The lazy part of me would probably have cut a spacer that fits in between and then screwed...

Thanks for the reply! I considered putting spacers in but dropped the idea when I thought it might ruin the caulking. But cutting something to fit is better, sounds like it should work well.

I had drilled a new hole 5-10cm from the old one and inserted a new adjufix.

It would have been wise, but unfortunately, it's a lacquered wooden frame, so it wouldn't have been possible to conceal. My wife vetoes

Aren't essves adjustment screws a little wider? I.e., so that you can insert them directly into the adjufix hole.

Place wedges by it and pull the screw. It's a fixed window, where are they supposed to go when the trim and reveal are in place?
