What panels should I use in my unheated garage?

Hello, I have a garage that I have gutted inside due to mold from a leaking garage roof. Now I have replaced all the moldy wood and put new mat on the roof, now I'm wondering what you recommend I should do inside. I mostly thought of using it as storage. The garage has a concrete floor where all the paint has peeled and come off. Is it worth trying to paint it or should I leave it be? There is no drain, so heating is probably out of the question. The big question is what I should have on the walls and ceiling. I wasn't planning on insulating but just putting some board directly on the studs. What do you recommend there?

I wrote the same question to a construction company and got the answer: If you want a board on walls that will not be affected by the moisture that will come with temperature swings throughout the year, minerit is what you need. The problem with that is that it is incredibly expensive. Is there any other alternative?

Possibly minerit boards?

Even if you have dealt with the leakage, it can get damp in an unheated garage (especially during the fall).

As long as there is good ventilation behind the wall, OSB works very well.
If it's just going to be a storage room, you can leave the panels 5 cm from the floor and ceiling.
