We are currently looking at kitchens for the summer house, IKEA. There was a sign saying they can install the kitchen for 15,000 SEK after ROT. You can easily put together a kitchen at IKEA with appliances for 60,000, so 75 kSEK with "installation." These 15,000 SEK you can very likely save quite easily. If you can, and have the time, to assemble some IKEA furniture (a cabinet takes about 10 minutes to put together) perhaps there is someone near you who can install the equipment. Building a kitchen may sound advanced, but it's not that complicated if you have some know-how.
Regarding the bathroom, if you choose a wet room mat for the entire floor and in the shower area, you can get away with 50 kSEK. Things like toilet, sink, shower walls, etc., will add to the cost. If you're going to move the floor drain, etc., it will quickly add up.
I have no clue about the attic!
