Could this be asbestos? Unsure about the construction year. It seems so cumbersome to take a sample from every new part in the wall but maybe that's what one should do to be on the safe side? Wall with peeled layers showing suspected asbestos material beneath brown and blue wallpaper. Cracked wall section with exposed material; potential for asbestos. Damaged wall with exposed green plaid material, possibly containing asbestos. Uncertain construction year, sampling suggested for safety. Close-up of a torn wallpaper sample featuring floral patterns with peeling layers, possibly investigated for asbestos content. Peeling wall layers potentially containing asbestos, with visible textured surfaces and underlying materials. Damaged wall corner revealing insulation and wood framing, possibly containing asbestos materials.

Not likely. There is almost never asbestos in wall material.

That is wood fiber material. They do not contain asbestos. Asbestos fibers were typically mixed in stone/mineral-based building materials, not wood-based.
